Research Training Seminar (RTS)

History lecture

The Research Training Seminar (RTS) is compulsory until upgrade, and meets about every fortnight. It aims to provide graduate researchers with practical, intellectual, and emotional skills they need to carry out research in history, connect students to wider historical debates across different periods of history, and to provide a supportive community of fellow researchers.

In 2017-18, seminars will usually be held on Tuesdays 4-6pm during term time.
