The British Library, in association with The Wellcome Trust Centre for the History of Medicine at UCL, announces the launch of the Sloane Printed Books Project at the British Library Conference Centre, 96 Euston Road, London NW1 2DB.

15th October 2008, 17.30 - 20.00

Presentations on the historical background to Sloane's book collection will be followed by a demonstration of the online catalogue and an opportunity to search its content.
