DR SIU HING LO Research Associate in Applications of Health Psychology in Cancer Communication and Screening EXPERTISE Colorectal cancer screening; media effects on behaviour; psychosocial determinants of cancer screening; theory of planned behaviour; implementation intentions RESEARCH Research interests My current research focuses on motivational and volitional determinants of cancer screening and the impact of media coverage on cancer screening. Previous research interests have included pro-environmental behaviour in organisations and the application of Intervention Mapping, a protocol for the development of health promotion interventions, to energy-saving behaviour. I have been particularly interested in organisational differences in psychosocial determinants of energy-related behaviours.
