UCL's response to Transport for London's proposed Cycle Superhighways

UCL is currently preparing a formal response to Transport for London's proposals for both a new segregated East-West Cycle Superhighway through Central London and a North-South Cycle Superhighway between Elephant & Castle and King's Cross. Joan MacNaughton has been an influential figure in energy and climate policy in a variety of UK, EU and international roles. In this lecture she will explore what kinds of energy policies are likely to work, drawing on work for the World Energy Council which assesses the energy policies of nearly 100 countries, to help deliver secure, affordable and clean energy services=.
