UCL–French Embassy science and technology workshops 2012–2013
UCL researchers are invited to submit funding proposals to run collaborative science and/or technology workshops as part of the UCL–French Embassy partnership.
UCL and the French Embassy signed a partnership agreement last year to collaborate in a competitive scheme that will run for five years in support of workshops with a science and/or technology focus. The French Embassy’s Department of Science & Technology has kindly committed to provide €22,500 annually for up to three workshops in each year that the agreement is in force.
We are pleased to announce the first call for proposals, inviting research leaders based at UCL to apply for funds to organise collaborative workshops involving up to eight participants from UCL and up to eight from research institutions in France. The deadline for applications is 15 April 2013, with decisions announced on 29 April. The deadline for later applications is 17 June 2013, with decisions announced on 1 July.
Download the guidelines for submitting proposals.
