UCLA —W50 Program: Preparing our women board members of tomorrow

  • About: This programme is aimed at female staff and alumnae of universities in the Santander Universities network with substantive professional work experience and potential to serve as future board members. The six-day experience is part of a wider three-month leadership journey which includes extensive pre-work, assessments and post-programme follow-ups
