Established in 2013, UCL’s India network is open to academic and professional services staff from departments across UCL with an interest in the region.
The network meets regularly throughout the year to discuss current work in the regions as well as proposals for UCL's future engagement.
Priorities for the network this coming year:
- The development of a ‘UCL: India Strategic Forum’ to consult with leading stakeholders on best practice for engaging with the region
- Raising UCL's profile in India from its current low level
- Approaches to forming strategic partnerships with selected Indian institutions and businesses
