'Gender and Governance' Meeting at GGI

Maureen Fordham, founder of the Gender and Disaster Network and Visiting Professor at the UCL Institute for Risk and Disaster Reduction, will be joining us at the GGI on 19-20 January.
We will be discussing needs and ways forward for risk governance from a gender perspective and gender responsiveness in risk governance approaches. Through bringing together people from inside and outside UCL to develop projects and research-based action, GGI will become a focus for initiatives on gender responsive governance.
