From the academic year 2013-14, UCL German Department will be offering German at all levels from beginners to post-A Level or equivalent. This will be part of an integrated 4-year degree programme, including a year abroad, and students will go into final year alongside those who had A-Level German when starting University. German at all levels will also be available within BA Language and Culture and BA European Social and Political Studies.

There were 4 applications from the UCL German Department for the DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austausch Dienst - German Academic Exchange Service) 2012 summer school scholarships. All four applications were successful, and one scholarship each will be awarded to:
