MRes Programmes

GEE runs and contributes to several MRes research programmes. An MRes provides research-intensive training in specific fields. The emphasis is on individual research projects, but these are accompanied by a small number of specialist courses given by world-class researchers. The courses cover subject-specific material as well as general and transferable skills relevant to research. In PhD programmes, an initial MRes year is followed by three years of independent PhD research.
