Dr Azzedine Haddour
Senior Lecturer in French
Research areas: Azzedine Haddour has specialism in twentieth-century French literature and thought, in post-colonial literature and theory. He has written extensively on Camus, Sartre, Fanon. His publications include: City Visions (co-editor; Longman 2000); Colonial Myths, History and Narrative (MUP, 2000); Sartre's Colonialism and Neocolonialism (co-translator, Routledge 2001); Fanon Reader (editor, Pluto Press, forthcoming, 2005).Publications include:
• Guest editor, with Prof. Margaret Majumdar, of a special
volume to mark 10th anniversary of International Journal Francophone
Studies in 2007, including articles representative of the most
ground-breaking work at the forefront of Francophone studies
today.
