The Far-Infrared Space Interferometer Critical Assessment (FISICA) programme brings together leading international experts on FIR space instrumentation and experienced astronomers in a unique collaborative effort to address the development needs of a high resolution FIR observatory. The main objectives of this 3-year programme (2012-2015) are to identify the scientific questions which require high spatial resolution observations in the FIR and to translate these into the definition of an ambitious space mission and its associated key technologies.

Conclusion of the programme activities and results on all key technology developments achieved over the three years will be presented at this third and final workshop from 15th – 17th December 2015 at the Royal Astronomical Society in Burlington House, Piccadilly, London.
