Staff Leaving or Changing Department

Staff moving to a new department within UCL

When a staff member moves from one department to another with UCL, the MyFinance system is automatically updated as follows:

 -             All system roles other than UCL Staff are end-dated. 

 -             All project key memberships are end-dated.

 -             All authorised signatory roles are end-dated.

Before the last date in a department, staff should ensure they complete all open transactions in MyFinance.

Temporary Staff become staff in same department

When a temp becomes a member of UCL staff within the same department, the MyFinance system will not automatically change their system role.  Please email the helpdesk at myfinancehelp@ucl.ac.uk with the person's name and UPI or username.  Once their system role is updated they will be able to use iExpenses.
