Changing your Password

Once you have been granted access to FIS you will need to logon. FIS accepts your UCL username and password as authentication.

Your UCL username is administered by the ISD Service Desk. You can get your UCL username or change your password by visiting here:www.ucl.ac.uk/isd/servicedesk or bytelephoning ext 25000 or external to UCL 020 7679 5000.

NOTE: DO NOT CONTACT THE FIS HELPDESK WITH QUERIES ABOUT YOUR UCL USERNAME/PASSWORD.

NOTE: It is not possible to change your UCL password via any of the FIS screens.
