Time: 1pm - 5pm
Location: Foyer, Roberts Building, Malet Place, London, WC1E 7JE

London street scene

“When a man is tired of London, he is tired of life.” (Samuel Johnson)

Is this how you see London? Is London a city of opportunity or isolation? What role do London’s landmarks play in painting an image of London? Is there a typical Londoner?

UCL researchers working on how London has been written and pictured through time warmly invite you to experience and discuss a showcase of their research and to comment on your London.

As part of 'Through Different Eyes', there will be a film screening of 'London in Motion', a series of films made by Romanians living in London. These will be on a continual loop in Room 102, Roberts Building.
