Keynote speaker MEP Simon Busuttil, head of the European People's Party (EPP) in the Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs Committee and the Rapporteur of the EU’s Frontex agency, discussed the European Parliament’s role in the development of these policy fields. Dr. Eiko Thieleman, London School of Economics acted as discussant. The event was chaired by Dr. Sarah Wolff (UCL School of Public Policy)
