Software for Staff Purchase for Personal Use

UCL has a Microsoft Campus Agreement which permits permanent members of UCL staff to purchase one copy of each of the following Microsoft products for the period that UCL remains licensed:

• Microsoft Office 2010 Professional

• Microsoft Office 2011 for Macintosh

• Microsoft Windows 7 Pro Upgrade (32 bit / 64 bit)

• Microsoft Project Professional

The licence grants the right to install a single copy of the software referenced above, on a SINGLE home computer. The special media will only allow for the product purchased to be installed twice (enabling the initial installation and another install should you change your computer or need to re-install). This right is granted on the basis that:

1. You will ensure that all requirements of the Campus Agreement under which UCL licenses the software will be upheld.
2. You will ensure the security of any software made available to you, and agree not to make any additional copies, or knowingly permit other individuals to do so.
3. You will only use the software for work-related purposes.
4. You will not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software.
5. You agree to return/delete all copies of the software referred to above, at the end of period of employment/termination of Campus Agreement or when requested to do so.
