Student Accommodation

Student Accommodation manages UCL's residential properties, providing catered and self-catering accommodation to students during the academic year and to conference organisers, summer schools, groups and individual travellers during vacations. Most of our residences are within walking distance of the main College campus, and range from converted early Victorian townhouses in Bloomsbury to a purpose-built block in Camden Town.

The team received the Hospitality Assured kite mark in 2003, becoming the first university in London to achieve this award, and we are dedicated to improving and increasing our provision of high standard accommodation for our ever growing student body.

Student Accommodation has a long-standing nomination arrangement with the University of London intercollegiate halls and has been adding further nomination arrangements with third-party providers. The Accommodation Office offers a unique guarantee scheme to UCL students and is developing further private sector initiatives.
