The Division is leading major initiatives to support and enable the Academic Mission and institutional growth and improve the infrastructure of the Institution, including a capital investment programme, Transforming UCL, which is expected to top £1.2 billion over the next ten years alongside substantial recurrent investment in estate infrastructure, compliance, safety, and fabric.
