Customer Services Centre
The Customer Services Centre provides a communications
interface between the in-house and external maintenance teams,
and the requestor or UCL staff. We offer a wide range of services
including plumbing, carpentry, handymen work, electrical work,
portering, pest control, cleaning, waste disposal and fitters work.
To specify your service request please use our Service Request Form. Alternatively you may call us on extension
30000 (020 7679 0000 externally) or email your request to email@example.com.
The Customer Services Centre is located in B06 in the Basement of 1-19 Torrington Place and staffed from 8am
to 5pm daily Monday to Friday. If there are any emergency
requests out of hours please contact the Communications room
on extension 33333. Or alternately you can leave a voice message
and the Customer Services Team will respond as soon as the office
Car spaces are bookable through the Services Centre on extension 30000 (020 7679 0000 externally) or via email. Please note that the Hampstead Rd facility has a height restriction - it is only suitable for vehicles with a clearance height of 2 meters.
