Customer Services are responsible for providing a communications interface between in-house and external teams, and the UCL community. We offer a wide range of services including the creation of reactive work orders; processing of project requests; the UCL Switchboard; management of the centrally bookable spaces; events and conferences; creation of the teaching timetable.
To specify your reactive service request please use our Service Request Form. Works that are not reactive should be sent to us using the Project Request Form. If you are chasing up a non-urgent work order or you need general advice you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or for urgent matters please call us on extension 30000 (020 7679 0000 externally).
The Customer Services Team is located on level 1 of Bidborough House and we are open from 8am to 5pm daily Monday to Friday. If there are any emergency requests 'out of hours' please contact the Communications room on extension 33333.
Car spaces are bookable through the Customer Services Centre on extension 30000 (020 7679 0000 externally) or via email. Please note the Hampstead Road facility has a height restriction and is only suitable for vehicles with a clearance height of 2 metres.
We take seriously the need to deliver outstanding customer service to our students, staff and visitors. In order to continually improve our service we actively seek feedback on the services we provide to our community as this helps us ensure we understand our customer's needs and to adjust our services to best meet these needs. You can provide feedback through a short questionnaire.

Note for 2015/16 Timetabling
The creation of the academic timetable has been extremely complex this year and we would like to apologise for the necessary but unwelcome late notification of changes for modules and for our over-reliance on external venues to actually deliver spaces for teaching.
There are several initiatives underway to address these issues in partnership with the office of the VP Education but if you have any concerns or comments relating to the academic timetable please contact Gary Pearson on email@example.com.
Michael Clarke and the team are still in urgent need of any central space you may no longer need or for you to optimise locally managed space before you request central space. Please call if you can help us with either of these scenarios.
