Customer Services Centre

The Customer Services Centre provides a communications interface between the in-house and external maintenance teams, and the requestor or UCL staff. We offer a wide range of services including plumbing, carpentry, handymen work, electrical work, portering, pest control, cleaning, waste disposal and fitters work.

To specify your service request please use our Maintenance Service Request Form. Alternatively you may call us on extension 30000 (020 7679 0000 externally) or email your request to efdservices@ucl.ac.uk.

The Customer Services Centre is located in B06 in the Basement of 1-19 Torrington Place and staffed from 8am to 5pm daily Monday to Friday. If there are any emergency requests out of hours please contact the Communications room on extension 33333. Or alternately you can leave a voice message and the Customer Services Team will respond as soon as the office reopens.

Please note that on 30th April 2012 responsibility for lost property on the main UCL site moved from the Customer Services Centre to Security in Foster Court, Ground Floor. UCL keeps all lost property for 90 days and everything is then taken to charity. For any lost property enquires please call ext 37960 or email security@ucl.ac.uk.
