Maintenance, Engineering & Infrastructure

The remit of the building and engineering maintenance teams is extremely wide and includes:

  • providing a responsive maintenance service to address emergencies and failures of the various parts of UCL's infrastructure
  • planned maintenance of the major elements of equipment and plant together with other cyclical work

The Customer Services Centre is at the heart of our operation and provides the link to communicate needs which arise around UCL with those within the team who can best provide a suitable response and arrange the necessary actions.

For emergency maintenance please ring extension 30000 (020 7679 0000 outside UCL). Out of hours, please ring extension 33333.

For all other maintenance requests please use our Service Request Form.

To request assistance with a project, please log in to the Project Notification online form using your UCL username and password and send the details of your proposal or advice required.
