request access to a folder or a file contact my team's Estates computer rep who will raise a request with the ISD Service Desk
change my UCL password log in to MyAccount
set a new UCL password if mine has expired either ask my team's Estates computer rep to provide a token then log in to MyAccount or visit the ISD Service Desk in the DMS Watson Science Library
report a fault with a PC, laptop or monitor email the ISD Service Desk
request access to a Windows application on the desktop@UCL service
request a new PC, laptop or monitor contact David Murrell or Liam Richardson
request a new mobile phone or tablet
request a new shared mailbox log in to the ISD Service Desk Portal, select Remedyforce Self Service and complete a Shared Mailbox Request
request a new room in Outlook log in to the ISD Service Desk Portal, select Remedyforce Self Service and complete a Resource Calendar Request
