Raise a Service Request

If you discover a building fault, need assistance with building maintenance including cleaning, want help with a move or want to book an estates service, you will need to raise a service request.

Find the right option for requesting a repair to a fault in a building at UCL. 

MyCampus: A new system for better service requests

From 12 February 2024 you can report any estates issues or requests in UCL buildings (with the exception of buildings on the UCL East campus, and Halls of Residence if you’re a student) via MyCampus.

If you want to track requests made before 12 February 

Any outstanding tickets on the previous system after 12 February 2024 will be managed using the old process. After 12 February all new tickets must be raised on MyCampus. You can still look up the status of older requests by logging in to FAMIS here.
