Biography and research

Matthew D’Auria graduated at the Università l’Orientale – Naples in International and Political Studies. He is now completing his PhD at the Center for European Studies at University College London, specializing on the history of French nationalism in the Eighteenth century. At present, he is also working with the dep. Of Social and Political studies of the University of Salerno on a project on the history of Italian Federalism. He has published essays on both of these subjects. He is Teaching Fellow at UCL, Honorary Fellow in Sociology at the University of Salerno and lecturer at the Università Multimediale Pegaso.
