Research Studentships 2012
20 November 2011

The 2012 PhD topics are now available for competitive application. All studentships are eligible for support by research council quota awards, and in some cases by alternative funding arrangements.
Whilst the topics illustrate a cross-section of active research within the Department of Earth Sciences at UCL, the list is not exhaustive and we also welcome enquiries from students who wish to formulate their own topics.
If you are interested in applying for a PhD in our Department to start in 2012, please direct your initial enquiry to the Graduate Tutor. If you are already interested in a specific topic, please direct your first contact to the named supervisor (or co-supervisor). In either case, when you decide to complete an official UCL PhD application, please ensure that you also send a copy of your application simultaneously to the Department Graduate Tutor for our internal records.
