The background image is a photograph from the archives of the Royal Geographical Society taken in 1874.  Among the group are Chuma and Susi, two 'Bombay Africans' who explored parts of Africa with David Livingstone.  The original caption reads:  "A photographic group consisting of Mr and Mrs Webb of Newstead Abbey, Mr T. S. and Miss [Agnes] Livingstone, James Chumah, [Abdallah] Susi and the compiler of Dr. Livingstone's M.S.S. [Horace Waller]".
