UCL Environment Institute: Poetry Reading

Endless Forms: Biodiversity in Poetry and Science

Held on 15th November 2010

Ruth Padel (Writer-in-Residence, UCL Environment Institute)

Drawing parallels between the forms of words on the page and those of natural history, stressing the relationships between poetry, imagination and science, Ruth will read and talk about her poems about Darwin and wildlife, from her novel on wildlife crime, and her tiger conservation travel book, and also from new poems on genetics and animal migration.
