UCL Environment Institute Presented:
Ninjatune’s Energy Union
Energy Union is a multi-media campaign tour featuring Coldcut’s new audio visual film which harnesses the power of music and visuals to tell the story of Intelligent Energy as a solution to many global problems such as economic recession and climate change. Touring festivals and venues across Europe, Energy Union seeks to engage youth toward political action on climate change. This event will be a screening of the audio visual film the event is based on.
Project Genie
Project Genie’s animated film, The Genie in the Bottle, is based upon the storybook by the Project’s founder, Professor Hugh Montgomery (UCL Clinical Physiology). Narrated by actor Tom Baker, The Genie in the Bottle tells of a boy, his grandfather and another planet- a yellow planet, which had been much like ours.
Panel Discussion
Professor Mark Maslin - Head of Geography UCL
Professor Hugh Montgomery - Project Genie/UCL
