UCL graduate named youngest ever Sustainable Business Leader of the Year

UCL graduate Arthur Kay (BSc Architecture), co-founder and CEO of bio-bean, has been named Sustainable Business Leader of the Year in the Guardian Sustainable Business Awards 2015. Aged 24, Arthur is the youngest ever recipient of the award to date.

UCL graduate aims to shake up your World Cup 2014

World Cup 2014 has kicked off this week, Brits have planned their sweepstakes, while 22-year old entrepreneur Danny Hakimian (UCL BA Economics & Business student) has developed a timely app to show off your football knowledge.

FooGuru

FooGuru recently won the London Entrepreneurs’ Challenge 2014 Runner-Up (Undergraduate category) and are tenants in the UCL Advances Hatchery -  a shared workspace for start-ups at UCL.

The London Entrepreneurs’ Challenge is a workshop programme and business plan competition open to all members of UCL, SOAS, Royal Veterinary College, Birkbeck, the School of Pharmacy, and the London Busines School that aims to show participants the process of starting a business by helping them do it for themselves.
