Can you afford to waste time and money building new products, services, experiences and features that people don’t use? Speaking to users along the development journey will help you to stay focused, enabling you to be lean and avoid expensive rabbit holes.
Truth seeking, myth busting & straight talking, Julia shares the practical tool-kits that she has developed over the past 20 years working on products, services and experiences across private, public and 3rd sectors.
This course will show you how to be user-driven at all stages of the product lifecycle, starting with how to test out your product/service concept. This course is suitable for anyone that is developing new products, services and experiences.
As each tool-kit is shared, there will be a live, interactive demonstration, where the group get to identify good practice, followed by an exercise so that the group to try it out for themselves & hone their skills.
