Salary (inclusive of London allowance) £22,440 - £25,534 per annum

Duties and Responsibilities
UCL Advances, UCL’s centre for entrepreneurship, has been formed to develop new links between UCL and businesses of all kinds, with a particular focus on entrepreneurs and small and medium–sized enterprises.

The Knowledge Transfer Support officer will provide administrative and finance support to the Service Manager and will be a key member of the administrative team, supporting the successful delivery of externally funded programmes.  He/She will be required to establish good working relationships with Departmental staff with whom they will work closely. In addition to staff within the Department, the role will involve contact and communication with staff from other departments within UCL, students and external businesses, and a polite and helpful attitude is essential. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic and proactive approach and will be able to work independently as well as part of a small team within a relaxed and friendly environment.

Key Requirements
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 A-C GCSE passes or equivalent, high level of oral and written communication and numeracy skills, work on own initiative, able to prioritise workload, have excellent use of Microsoft Office-suite programmes, a high level of accuracy and consistent attention to detail, manage a variety of tasks to deadlines and ability to communicate well with people.
