Duties and Responsibilities
UCL Corporate Partnerships seeks a highly motivated Corporate Partnerships Manager for a newly created position in the area of the Built Environment, Engineering and Mathematical and Physical Sciences (BEAMS), stimulating and supporting the development of strategic partnerships between corporate partners and the University. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Partnerships, the post-holder will promote UCL's capabilities to companies, develop trusted long-term relationships, and help to negotiate and deliver high-value contractual outcomes. They will work closely with the academic community, liaise regularly with internal and external stakeholders and ensure coherent engagement at all levels.

Key Requirements
A high level of specialised scientific, engineering, architectural or mathematical knowledge generally acquired by both postgraduate academic study (e.g. PhD) and professional commercial experience. The post holder is required to engage in continuous professional development activities to keep knowledge base and skills up to date and to develop them further, and to have deep technical experience in the areas of speciality – industry sector knowledge, innovative approach – ideally learned in a fast moving corporate environment and the ability to present at Board level and to handle media and press.
