Office Administrator/HR Coordinator

We are looking for a capable administrator with Human Resources experience to  ensure the smooth running of our office and its HR functions. Principal responsibilities will include organising staff recruitment, the completion of pre-employment administration, the general induction of new staff, ensuring the timely completion of staff probation monitoring and appraisals, acting as an IT representative and first-aider for the department, reporting on any building maintenance issues, greeting guests, ordering supplies and managing meeting rooms, together with day-to-day administration tasks.
