UCL graduate named youngest ever Sustainable Business Leader of the Year

UCL graduate Arthur Kay (BSc Architecture), co-founder and CEO of bio-bean, has been named Sustainable Business Leader of the Year in the Guardian Sustainable Business Awards 2015. Aged 24, Arthur is the youngest ever recipient of the award to date.

Krista Macmillan is the Enterprise Data & Systems Manager for UCL Enterprise Operations. Krista's responsibilities include managing a programme of online projects, development and management of systems to support UCL Enterprise industrial partnership and business engagement activities and representing UCL Enterprise at working groups and project boards to ensure it’s strategic aims are represented in UCL-wide systems strategy

Krista joined UCL at the end of 2005 as Database Manager in the Business Development department of UCL Business before transferring to UCL Advances as Database & Website Manager in July 2006. In February 2012 Krista became part of UCL Enterprise Operations and took on the role of Enterprise Data & Systems Manager.  

Before joining UCL, Krista worked as Database and Website Manager for Scottish Enterprise, the Economic Development Agency for Scotland. Previously, Krista worked at the University of California, Berkeley, as Information Systems Co-ordinator for the UCB Retirement Centre.

Krista has an MSc Information Systems and an MA (Hons) English Literature.
