UCL cancer immunotherapy company, Autolus, launches with £30m investment

A new UCL spin-out company – Autolus – is being launched today to develop and commercialise a new generation of engineered T-cell therapies for haematological and solid tumours, with the backing of £30m in investment from healthcare investment company Syncona.

Alison works as a Life Learning Coordinator for the UCL Life Learning Team led by Professor Andrew Eder.

Her main area of responsibility is to investigate and establish potential collaborations with external organisations to inform UCL’s developing Life Learning portfolio.  

Alison joined UCL in September 2013 from Kingston University where she worked as a Business and Enterprise Officer in the Enterprise Support Department.
