An opportunity has arisen to join the tutor team at UCL in delivering the three year initial training Doctorate in Educational and Child Psychology. Applications are invited for two tutor posts on the full-time Doctorate in Educational and Child Psychology. These will be for between 0.2 and 0.4 FTE, and will involve contributing to the DECPsy as an Academic and Professional Tutor, with the possibility of combining this with a Practice Tutor role, supervising UCL trainees in their Year 1 placements. Appointment will be on the basis of secondment from one of the West London Tri-Borough local authorities and applications must be accompanied by a line manager's letter of support.
Applicants must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and have eligibility for Chartered Educational Psychologist status with the British Psychological Society. Experience as an educational psychologist is required, together with a strong interest in supervision and teaching of trainee educational psychologists.
