First Year Challenge
This year, for the first time, our new economics undergraduates took part in a ‘First Year Challenge’ during induction week. The task was to create a media file (poster, presentation, video or podcast), which relates to the following topic:
INSPIRED BY LONDON 2012 -- AN OLYMPIC AND PARALYMPIC SUMMER FULL OF ECONOMIC QUESTIONS FOR THE LOCAL ECONOMY --
Among 26 submissions, a group of academic staff had the difficult decision to choose the three winning contributions. We have received many creative submissions and would like to congratulate all first year students for the brilliant ideas.
