Imran Rasul is a Professor in the Department of Economics at University College London, and is affiliated to the IFS, ELSE, BREAD, CEPR, and CESifo. In 2003 he received his Ph.D. in Economics from the London School of Economics. He is currently a Managing Editor at the Review of Economic Studies, and Co-Director of the Research Program into Human Capital at the International Growth Center.
