Research activities attract sustained funding from prestigious organisations including the European Commission, Medical Research Council, National Institute for Health Research, Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council, Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council, the Wellcome Trust, the British Heart Foundation and Diabetes UK.We have strong partnerships with industry including global organisations such as GlaxoSmithKline and Procter and Gamble as well as major dental companies.
