The Dept. of Pathology has modern and sophisticated equipment to perform high quality research in the fields of bacterial physiology and molecular biology. The team contributing to NUTRIDENT comprises scientists and technicians with broad expertise in bacterial physiology and biochemistry, molecular microbiology, and clinical microbiology. Three researchers, Prof. Pietro Canepari, Prof. Maria del Mar Lleň and Dr. Caterina Signoretto, with different sub-specialities will jointly fulfil the assigned tasks.
