All bookings for courses at the UCL Ear Institute are subject to our terms and conditions. By placing a booking you will have agreed to our terms and conditions.
Deposits:
- All course fees include a non-refundable deposit which must be paid in order to secure any bookings
- £50 for courses under £300
- £100 for courses between £300 to £600
- £200 for courses over £600
- Balance of fee is required three weeks before the course commences, (if you have paid by card this will be taken automatically; cheques payable to University College London must have cleared by this time and should be sent to: Ricky Kemp, UCL Ear Institute, 332 Grays Inn Road, London WC1X 8EE)
Cancellation:
- No fees will be
refunded if this booking is cancelled within three weeks* of the course commencing
- *Due to the high expenditure we incur for A Practical Approach to Airway Management, we cannot accept cancellations for this course within 5 weeks of the course start date
