Susie is a Clinical and Research Psychologist, splitting her time between clinical and research work. Clinically, she runs a therapy service for some of our patients who have a diagnosis of dementia, and their families, specialising in rare and young-onset dementias. She also helps out with our Rare Dementia Support Groups and sometimes does neuropsychology testing for patients who visit the specialist Cognitive Disorders Clinic. On the research side she supports the neuropsychological aspects of many of our ongoing studies, and has a particular interest in Familial Alzheimer’s Disease, and finding out more about how this impacts on the whole family and how we can develop better services to help.
