Puya Vakili, London, Researcher at Flamingo
Being culturally curious is written in my DNA – from a young
age I’ve had the opportunity to experience, explore and engage with many
cultures. Now, I conduct research human behavior through fieldwork and in-depth
interviews to gain cultural insights. Most recently, I have worked with a top software and hardware company to
hone their understanding of their consumers to create better products and
services.
Taking part in the
Digital Anthropology MSc program at UCL gave me the analytical and practical
skills to make me a successful researcher. It was also a place for fresh, interested minds to connect and create a
network of support and inspiration on which I still rely today.
