The Database and Information Services team is responsible for the management and development of the central UCL alumni and fundraising database. The team carry out data entry and ensure that all graduating students are given new alumni records on the database. The Database and IS team is able to assist you with any queries or requests you may have relating to alumni data, which will ensure you have a clear understanding of the alumni base for your department or faculty. The team can:
- Create lists of alumni so you are aware of the demographic of alumni in certain graduating years, subjects, departments and faculties
- Grant access to and training for the database to facilitate your access to relevant data
- Answer data protection queries relating to DARO data
