Strategy and Operations
The Strategy and Operations team plays a central role in the Development and Alumni Relations Office, supporting the alumni relations and fundraising activities of UCL in three key areas.
- Database and Information Services who manage and develop the alumni and fundraising database
- Research who work to identify and prepare information on potential donors
- Resources who are responsible for the administration and processing of gifts as well as managing the ongoing relationship with UCL donors.

The Database and Information Services team is responsible for the management and development of the central UCL alumni and fundraising database.
The Research team is responsible for identifying and researching individuals, trusts, foundations and corporations who have the potential to support UCL.
The Resources team is responsible for managing and processing donations to UCL, ensuring the relevant administration is carried out.
