UCL Development & Alumni Relations Office (DARO)

Welcome to UCL’s Development and Alumni Relations Office. Our role is to work with the academic community to raise significant philanthropic funds for UCL and to develop a world-wide network of supportive alumni and other friends to help UCL achieve its goals.

Alumni Relations

Developing a global network of supportive UCL alumni through a variety of programmes – from reunions to networking events and volunteering opportunities.

Regular Giving

Encouraging alumni, staff and other friends to make regular donations to support UCL’s work.

Trust and Corporate Fundraising

Applying for funding from charitable organisations for UCL priority projects and supporting staff across UCL to submit effective proposals for charitable funding.

Major Gifts & Legacies

Raising large gifts from individuals who wish to fund projects across UCL, either during their lifetime or by remembering UCL in their will.

Operations

Managing the alumni database, keeping alumni, friends and donor details up-to-date, looking after donors, processing gifts and claiming Gift Aid.
