Hannah Phillips-Haynes

I joined DCAL in August 2014 and I currently work as the PA to to the Director, Centre Secretary and Course Administrator. I hold my level 3 NVQ in BSL and have completed pre-level 6 in BSL (language development). 

The scope of my role is continually developing and I find the wide range of tasks and variety of responsibilities associated with my position interesting and stimulating. I also enjoy being able to expand my knowledge and gain insights into the research carried out by DCAL.

The experience I acquired from my previous role, as an administrator within a Deaf education department, has been very useful in assisting me towards supporting CPD/short course activity at DCAL. I am looking forward to supporting the development and  expansion of this provision.
