Dr. Mairead MacSweeney and Dafydd Waters came runners up in the UCL Institute of Cognitive Neuroscience 'Brains on Film' competition. Follow the link to see their film 'What is sign language' and other entries.

DCAL goes 'on the road', visiting six cities around the UK (Birmingham, Belfast, Bristol, Glasgow, Manchester, and Newcastle). This roadshow includes presentations in BSL by Deaf and hearing researchers on different areas in sign language research. The first stop is Birmingham on Saturday, 19th March.
