Student and Registry Services Appointments
If you would like to speak to a member of the Student and Registry Services team in person you will need to make an appointments using an online enquiry form.
On the booking form, you have the option to request an appointment with one of the following services:
A multi-faith advisor is available for appointments to provide advice, support or just someone to talk to. You do not need to follow a particular faith or have a problem relating to your religion. The advisors are another important part of UCL's support network and can refer you to other relevant forms of support if necessary.
If you are unhappy with the behaviour of another student or feel that UCL has not followed its own policies and procedures you should initially speak with a member of the Student Discipline and Complaints team.
Through the online enquiry form, you can also report incidents of bullying and harassment.
If you have an issue relating to your funding or are having financial difficulties you should initially speak with a member of the Student Funding team who can provide relevant information.
Adviser to Women Students
The UCL Adviser to Women Students is especially concerned with the welfare and social needs of women at UCL. Some women students might prefer to speak to a woman member of staff outside their own Department if they are facing issues and would like support and guidance.
Student Support and Wellbeing
If you have an issue that relates to your emotional, physical or mental wellbeing and do not know which service to refer to, please request an appointment with Student Support and Wellbeing where a member of the team can discuss support with you or direct you to the most appropriate service to assist you.
